Brass Plaques

The post and rail fencing is installed along some border areas at Harbour View,. It is also used alongside planted hedgerows and the woodland walks, including the Trokes Coppice Bluebell Wood. These areas are often used for the scattering of cremated remains.

Brass plaques are fixed to the rails to commemorate the deceased. These are usually taken for an initial five-year term but can be in increments of this or renewed at the end of the initial term. The plaque and post, coupled with a scattering of cremated remains, offers a simple and inexpensive resting place with an accompanying memorial.

Similarly, memorial plaques may be added to the Tree Benches that can be found within the burial sections. The Tree Benches are not to be confused with the other memorial benches.
