The central areas and higher ground of Harbour View enjoy panoramic views across the back waters of Poole Harbour, Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills. From the top of the hill nearest to Harbour Lodge the view extends for many miles – on a clear day, it is breath-taking. To retain these views, there is very little planting of trees and what there is, is closely controlled to avoid spread of the branch canopy.
The Purbeck View sections bisect woodland areas, which provide a natural border and sanctuary to the birds and wildlife that can be found. The grass is kept under closer control than the meadows of the woodland.
Plots are available for both burial and for cremated remains and are charged at the Purbeck View rate. In addition some plots have an annual maintenance charge. Plots on top of the hill and adjoining pathways are quoted upon application.
Purbeck View sections will appeal to families who feel an association with the harbour or Purbeck Hills.
