Catering
Often referred to as a ‘Wake’ the getting together after a funeral of those that attended is an important part of the day. The Wake tends to be a less formal setting where everyone can relax and remember the person that has passed away.
Location and convenience should be considered taking into account where people are travelling from and home to afterwards.
If arranging the Wake at a family home we will be pleased to assist by arranging catering. Options include a simple cold buffet, afternoon tea or a served warm buffet.
On occasions when it is desirable to have the Wake away from the family home we can recommend suitable hotels, pubs or similar where a private room or area can be used to host the group.
