Once plans for the funeral have been confirmed you will need to let your family, friends and other members of the community know of the arrangements.

Our team can assist with compiling obituary notices and inserting these into relevant newspapers. Such announcements generally include details of the funeral and clarify whether the funeral is a private event or one to which members of the public who knew the deceased are welcome.

It is also becoming increasingly common to suggest in these announcements that a donation for a charitable cause be sent in lieu of flowers. In this instance, we will gladly open a fund for a period of six weeks, provide the family with details and personal messages from those contributing, and ensure that all monies received safely reach the chosen charity.

Before the funeral we can also arrange printed service sheets or announcements cards if required.
